Cancellation Policy
• a debit/credit card is required to be entered when making an appointment due to no shows
• a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
• 30 minutes or later is considered a no show and you will be charged a no show fee unless we have previously spoken and i know you are coming (i do make certain exceptions)
• 15 minutes is considered late so to accommodate for my time a $10 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes you are late
